(1). from the contents, there is no difference. even refraction, carbon content, hardness, etc. are exactly same.
(2). from purity and color grade, Lab grown diamond is much more bettern than diamond from Underground, because of the growing environment of diamond in laboratory is controllable, but in the Natural Environment, it is uncontrollable.
(3). from testing equipment, in the market all the testing equipments are produced for natural diamond, so there is a way to test out, but not for our normal people, and not for normal Jewellery shop, but only for professional inspection department. that is why there are different certificates , like: GIA certificate
